– Responsible for successfully restoring golf course to original conditions in house
– Consistently improve play-ability and consistency of golf course, including better definition;
golf membership increased by over 60 since 2017
– Repaired storm damage from Hurricane Irma to quickly reopen for play
– Implement training practices and quality standards for golf maintenance
– Transferred water usage permit into new ownership name

– Responsible for all daily operations, including club house repair
– Golf membership increased over 100 new members during tenure
– Provided tournament conditions on a daily basis including 2017 Florida Natural Symetra Tour, Multiple
USGA qualifiers, FSGA tournaments and NFPGA tournaments
– Increased plant density significantly and created definition on the golf course, implemented several new
plans to focus on detail and multi-tasking from the crew
– Small renovations in-house including tees, addition of nursery, leveling of chipping green
GRAND HARBOR GOLF & TENNIS CLUB -- VERO BEACH, FL

45-hole property with two 18-hole championship golf courses plus a 9-hole
retirement course, Pete Dye & Joe Lee design
– Responsible for 45-holes, manage overall budget, and purchase all chemical, fertilizer and irrigation
supplies, also oversee all areas of golf course including projects and renovations
– Consistently monitor soil, moisture levels, and weather conditions to create firm and fast conditions on
the course; pursue playability as often as possible by moving excess rainwater off of the property
– Save golf course approximately 10% of cost for chemicals and fertilizer with use of early order programs,
rebates and cost savings
– Effectively manage water by moving it proactively across the property for storage in the event of drought;
transition from affluent to lake water depending on sodium conditions and water availability; modify water
to penetrate the soil as needed and retain it according to each micro environment
– Laser-leveled and regrassed fairways, tees, and approaches with Celebration, rebuilt several bunker
faces, installed multiple irrigation controllers, and converted to narrow band irrigation control
GOLDEN BEAR GOLF CLUB AT INDIGO RUN -- HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC

36-hole property designed by Jack Nicklaus and opened in 1992, featuring one
public and one private course
– Excelled in project coordination, daily scheduling and purchasing, and development of foliar and
granular programs to promote plant health and turf vigor
– Sprigged 14 greens in-house and two 3,500 square foot green extensions using no-till methods,
resulting in a significant increase in play, which in turn, generated increased revenue
– Completed expansive in-house projects, renovated bunkers, increased surface and sub-surface
drainage, repaired worn areas on heavily played golf courses, numerous plantings around lake banks,
and implemented shade tolerant turf where necessary
